Who we are

Nina has spent 28 years caring for older adults in Hampton Roads, and she has seen this system from nearly every side of it.

She is a licensed physical therapist, trained at Old Dominion University, a Certified Dementia Practitioner, and a Certified Professional Geriatric Care Manager. She has worked as Director of Acute and Post-Acute Rehabilitation Services at Sentara, running rehabilitation across the region's largest health system and working daily with hospital case managers, physicians, and discharge planners. Before that she was the Administrator of a Medicare-certified home health agency here in Virginia Beach. She has practiced as a physical therapist in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, acute rehabilitation units, and people's living rooms since 1996. Nina deeply knows this market and has helped hundreds of local families navigate the challenges of aging.

Nina likes working with families to ease the burden of aging. She lives in Virginia Beach.

Catherine earned her nursing degree from Villanova University and began her career at a pediatric trauma center in San Diego, where she spent four years caring for critically ill children and their families. Her dedication to compassionate, exceptional nursing care was recognized with three Daisy Award nominations during her time there. She later returned to Hampton Roads to earn her nurse practitioner degree from Old Dominion University and is now a board-certified family nurse practitioner. Her clinical experience spans complex wound care and closures, skin cancer treatment and reconstruction, and preoperative medical evaluations for older adults with complex medical histories.

Catherine serves as Lattice Care Partners' clinical advisor, providing clinical insight when medication questions arise or an appointment requires an additional medical perspective.

Originally from Virginia Beach, Catherine now lives here with her husband. She is passionate about delivering exceptional, compassionate care and helping seniors remain safely and comfortably in their homes for as long as possible.
